Goals for this forum

We all have been members of a Forum/Group that we once thought was awesome. The,n as we began debating with people about fighters, and Boxing History, we learned that too many conversations were dominated by meme's biased views, and trolling/racism. That just ruins the atmosphere, and so we should do what we can to create an atmosphere that promotes logic, reason, good debates, intelligent posts. Too many entities focus on membership, Quantity over Quality. Not us, no, we'll focus on Quality over Quantity!

So, for now we will invite people who have good Boxing Knowledge, who are patient, and understanding. We don't want new members, people who are new to the sport to feel intimidated, we'd like to convince them that this is truly a great sport, and that they can truly learn to love it.
So, I suggest we all watch members of the Boxing Groups, for members who are all around good in Knowledge, Debate skills, social skills and the like to build up a foundation that will be the roots of the next great Boxing Forum. Forget groups like Boxing Knowledge, and Forums like Boxing Scene, we're going to do it right, Quality over Quantity. Well, I mean, not all members have to be of High quality, but if they want to be staff, than yes they need to be awesome.
